Service Charge Accounts

The service charge accounts for the site are prepared by the managing agent on behalf of the freeholder which is ultimately Nationwide Building Society's Pension Fund and should be made available to all leaseholders. We have published copies of the accounts below for the last six years for the benefit of members.
