All blocks apart from Chain Makers have been pre-wired, the cabinets in the street have been built but we are wating on the fibres and tubes to be run into these cabs from the main fibre route. In relation to timescales, we are looking towards the end of September to complete and release for service.

Sorry for late reply.
King House is run by RMG on a separate budget to us as part of the Heritage Plaza development. We don't have access to their accounts to question anything. It may be that in the future we can combine. I am not aware if they have their own Residents Association.

Just to clarify, did they mean that Chain Testing House is NOT wired for Fibre?
I have a tenant in this block that is now asking for my permission to have CityFibre install, So would that mean we’d have to get all of the 54 owners/landlords in the Chain Testing block to agree to this?
Is this something that would add value?
Am also guessing we would need permission from the freeholder if they are going to dig up, to install? Anyone have any knowledge or prior experience of this please?
Best to contact RMG as they have been arranging this along with granting Freeholder permission to CityFibre. to individual blocks. RMG sent letters to owners of Apollo and Artemis many months ago informing us of works and when it will be done, so I assume they did the same for Chain Testing House or will be doing. This is what they did with Apollo and Artemis House so far. They recently did the same works at Achilles and Hermes House It is a utility so RMG arrange it, tenants do not need to approach landlords for permission for this. The added value will that it is fast optic fibre broadband. As I say, contact RMG for further info.

I've seen workmen in chain testing house on behalf of Cityfibre last week so I think the installation is now completed there.
Yes, they have been working on C T House ready for the start. I spoke to supervisor two weeks ago as he was outside with a work gang, and he said C T House was still being fitted. He estimated that by end of Oct all will be installed and ready to start. However, another supervisor that I spoke to when he was on site in May told me it would all be finished and ready in July ..... that deadline came and went .... I'm awaiting official notification via the letter which they should send when all complete.
I've sent an email to all present members requesting any help in upping our numbers.
We need 50% of all owners to join to achieve recognition by RMG. This way we can influence decisions on the charges we pay to RMG in our service charges.
Please talk to all owners (and resident renters in your block to pass on the message to the owner rental agency), to get more to join.
No RA no influence.
